they rehearsed

I just got home a little bit ago from my first expeirence at a debutant function. Sure, I've photographed the girls in their pretty white dresses, but I've never watched them dance. This was fun. This Saturday when the REAL ball takes place, it will be wonderfully nice.

I have a few things to ponder though. Like a REAL waltz, does it depend on the length of the guys legs as to how far they waltz? And, why do the older debs do more? Meaning, deeper curtseys? And they walk with their escorts different too. Much to ponder, and yes, I used to think this stuff was so silly. Not so much anymore. It's kind fun. :)
